Anna shows a affinity with the clay form. In her recent exhibition her pieces reflected the natural environment and New Zealand’s cultural heritage. She acknowledged the beauty and passion in our ever changing world. Anna speaks of the need to challenge gravity and construct forms that stimulate the imagination from a slightly surreal viewpoint. Anna is a stand for continuing education and opportunity for all and reflects fondly on forest grumps “life is like a box of chocolates” you just never know what is on the inside!!!
I have studied with nationally renowned potters and experienced other forms of art over the years. I have operated my own studio and been actively involved in the Northland Craft Quarry and the Education arena.
